Fixed-wing VTOL / corridor inspection

A wider view of the corridor.

A long-range fixed-wing VTOL concept designed for aerial inspection of infrastructure corridors.

Model L is a fixed-wing VTOL aircraft concept for surveying linear infrastructure from the air. Its intended role is to establish a corridor-level view that can guide subsequent inspection decisions.

02

Intended mission profile

Planned for electrical infrastructure corridors, Model L would follow an inspection route, capture relevant observations and return data for evaluation by the mission software.

03

System architecture

The concept brings together the airframe, flight-control integration, mission planning and sensing interface. Final configurations and performance targets remain under development.

04

Within the wider architecture

Data from Model L would help identify locations requiring closer examination. Model S, operating as a separate aircraft, would then inspect selected locations.

Model L is in the concept and development stage. The visualization is based on a third-party PX4 aircraft model, not an Aspandair design or a demonstrated aircraft.

MODEL S

A short-range multicopter concept intended for detailed inspection of electrical infrastructure.
